Habib is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2024. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation related to antitrust, contractual disputes, and securities. Before joining the firm, Habib worked as a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of a prominent national firm. He graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was a Senior Editor on the Columbia Law Review, the Vice Chair of the Black Law Students Association, and a semi-finalist in the school’s Harlan Fiske Stone Moot Court Competition.
Before attending law school, he was a middle school math teacher in Washington, DC through Teach For America and an administrator at Teach For America.
