Robert Allen is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. Robert has successfully represented a wide array of clients in federal and state court, as well as private arbitrations and mediations. Robert has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, managing complex large-scale discovery, and preparing cases for trial. Robert has also conducted numerous internal investigations, represented clients in government regulatory actions both in the United States and in foreign jurisdictions, and advised companies on other compliance issues. While attending the USC Gould School of Law, Robert was chosen as a Legal Writing Fellow to co-teach USC’s legal writing program for first-year law students, and he graduated in the top 10% of his class. Robert also served as the Executive Articles Editor for the Southern California Law Review.
