Sam Becroft is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. He joined the firm in 2024. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration.
Sam began his career as the Clerk to the Honourable Justice Mark O’Regan in the Supreme Court of New Zealand. He then worked at one of New Zealand’s leading boutique law firms, specialising in criminal prosecution and regulatory litigation. Sam regularly appeared in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, conducting appeals and jury trials as sole counsel.
Sam was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago and a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge.
