Amy Biondi

Amy Biondi is an Associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Sydney office, having joined the firm in 2022.  Amy practises in the area of complex commercial litigation and acts on matters involving some of Australia's leading companies in a broad range of matters including class actions, insurance recovery, regulatory disputes, and directors' liability.

Amy currently acts on behalf of the Administrator of Greensill Bank (following the collapse of Greensill) in a series of claims against insurers (exceeding $2 billion) on various trade credit insurance policies.

Prior to joining the firm, Amy worked as a solicitor at a leading national law firm with a particular focus on government disputes, administrative law, and Royal Commissions.  Amy has also previously worked for the Australian Department of Defence. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from Bond University, where she studied as Vice Chancellor’s Scholar.
