Emmanuelle specializes in civil, criminal, and commercial litigation, as well as Ethics and Compliance, advising French and international clients on anti-corruption, ESG, and economic sanctions.
Emmanuelle practiced for more than six years in the litigation department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, after starting her career at Reinhart Marville Torre, where she remained for more than five years. She then became a partner in the litigation department of DTMV, a firm specializing in intellectual and industrial property.

Led the development and implementation of vigilance plans (legal audit of plans, charters, and contractual mechanisms), including risk management of engaging the civil and/or criminal liability of companies and their executives under their CSR obligations (CSRD, duty of vigilance under French and European law, coordination with local laws, non-financial reporting on sustainability, ecocide, and related criminal offenses) in France and abroad for companies across various sectors (luxury, energy, water);
During the restructuring of a leading offshore maritime services group, provides expert guidance to international groups on 'Sapin 2' compliance program and Russian sanctions implementation (legal audit of procedures, drafting of codes of conduct, validation of ethical contractual clauses). Led compliance efforts and advertised creditor members on managing corruption risk in high-risk and sanctioned countries to protect future shareholding, and to ensure the successful takeover.
Participated in the defense of an automobile manufacturer facing charge of engine deception, encompassing a multi-jurisdictional dimension (criminal, civil—including several class actions—and regulatory litigation, notably before the CJEU) with an international scope.
Participated in two ICC Paris arbitrations , governed by French law, resolving disputes related to the acquisition by a major energy company of nuclear reactor construction activities, specifically concerning defective component supplies for the nuclear industry.
Emmanuelle holds two Master II degrees (Private International Law and Sociology of Law, University of Paris II, Panthéon-Assas), and is a member of the Women Criminal Lawyers Club, the APCA, and the ACE.
