Abigail (“Abby”) Clark is an associate in the Boston office. Abby joined the firm in 2022 after working for an IP-litigation boutique, where she handled wide-ranging aspects of high-tech patent litigation in district courts, the ITC, and before the PTAB. Abby’s academic background was focused on neuroscience research, and her studies enabled her to take and pass the USPTO Patent Examination in December 2019. Prior to joining prior private practice, Abby clerked for the Honorable David Hale in the Western District of Kentucky. Before law school, Abby lived in Rome, Italy, where she worked as a professors’ assistant and translator/editor for academic publications.
