Sam is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. He brings a wealth of experience from three federal clerkships to his work representing clients on both sides of the “v.” in a diverse range of cases. Previously, Sam was a member of the firm’s New York office.
In 2019 Sam graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Sam clerked for the Honorable A. Joe Fish of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the Honorable R. Gary Klausner of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. After working in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office from 2021-2023, Sam clerked for the Honorable Salvador Mendoza, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, before rejoining the firm in 2024.
