Emily Drake is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2024. She previously worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the District Attorney’s Office of New York. In law school, Emily served as a teaching fellow in international law and criminal law and competed on the public international law Jessup moot court team. She is also serving as a Judge Advocate for the New York Army National Guard, having previously served as a Signal Officer in the New York Army National Guard.
