Conrad Gosen

Conrad Gosen is an Of Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s Seattle office, but primarily works from Minnesota.  He joined the firm in 2024. His practice is focused on patent litigation, with a depth of experience in district court litigation, IPRs, Section 337 investigations before the ITC, and appeals to the Federal Circuit.  Although Conrad is based in Minnesota he has litigated patent cases across the country, including District Courts in California, Texas, Illinois, Michigan, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.  His practice has emphasized technologies in the telecommunications space (including 3G, LTE, 5G, and VoIP), automotive design, and semiconductor processing.  He also has represented numerous clients in the growing field of design patent disputes.
