Marielle Paloma Greenblatt is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2024. Her practice focuses on appellate litigation, complex commercial litigation, criminal defense, and government and internal investigations. Marielle maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes briefing and arguing criminal appeals and helping immigrants file asylum petitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Marielle clerked for the Honorable Richard A. Paez and the Honorable Dorothy W. Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and for the Honorable George B. Daniels of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She is a former United States Fulbright Scholar to Mexico.
