Lukas Holste is a German qualified attorney (Rechtsanwalt) and an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Berlin office. He joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Lukas completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeals, which included stages at Quinn Emanuel and the German Federal Constitutional Court, among others. Previously, he obtained an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School. Lukas studied law at Humboldt University Berlin and University of Göttingen with a scholarship from the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung).
