Brady Huynh is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Silicon Valley office. He joined the firm in 2021. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Brady attended Columbia Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review. He also served as the Special Events Chair for the Columbia Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
Before law school, Brady obtained admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and worked at a small intellectual property boutique firm. While there, he supported attorneys in drafting freedom-to-operate analyses and infringement analyses, gaining significant experience in patent law.
