Ivan-Axel Doubrava is an Associate in the Paris office. He joined the firm in 2023. Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel, Ivan-Axel worked in the international arbitration and litigation department of several leading law firms. He has acted as counsel in international arbitration proceedings under the aegis of major arbitral institutions, including the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) and ICSID (International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes). He deals with international investor-state and commercial arbitrations, particularly in the energy and mining sectors, and has developed an expertise in the defense of States and state-owned entities.
