Jason Lake is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. He joined the firm in 2011. Jason’s practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, with a concentration in Internet and copyright litigation involving the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. In addition, he has advised clients on many other intellectual property issues including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. He has also represented clients in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Jason has a degree in Chemistry and is a member of the Patent Bar.
