Elbert Liang is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. He joined the firm in 2023. His practice focuses on antitrust and education litigation. At Harvard Law School, Elbert worked extensively with the Youth Advocacy and Policy Lab doing individual representation, impact litigation, and policy advocacy. He was a founding member of the Youth Advocacy and Policy Fellows Program. Elbert also volunteers with 826LA, a student writing nonprofit, and is on the steering committee of Just the Beginning, a legal pipeline organization.
