Meghan Liu is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office.  Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and white collar and regulatory investigations. Meghan has represented individual, corporate, and sovereign clients in antitrust, intellectual property, securities law, trade secret, bankruptcy, and contract disputes across a variety of industries including banking and financial services, healthcare, software, and technology.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Meghan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peggy Kuo of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and worked at another reputable international law firm.  She also served for one year as a fellow at Legal Services NYC, where she litigated matters involving employment discrimination, disability rights, wage disputes, and commercial evictions.

At Harvard Law School, Meghan was President of the Law and International Development Society and Community Engagement Chair for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
