Joe Margolies is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Chicago office, and joined the firm in 2022. His practice focuses on complex commercial and appellate litigation. Joe has litigated in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitration. He has experience in a wide variety of issue areas including data privacy, corporate governance, antitrust, securities, contract, constitutional, and administrative law. Prior to joining the firm, Joe clerked for the Honorable Debra Ann Livingston on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and worked as a litigation associate for another major law firm.
