Nathan Molina is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Chicago office. He joined the firm in 2024 and handles complex commercial litigation.
Before joining the firm, Nathan served as a law clerk to Judge Doris L. Pryor of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, Judge Theresa L. Springmann of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and Justice John D. Couriel of the Florida Supreme Court.
Nathan graduated with Honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where he surveyed nationwide death penalty principles and researched the Federal Communication Commission’s history of spectrum control. He spent his summers on aerospace work, including with the FCC’s Satellite Division, the legal nonprofit For All Moonkind, and the European space-consultancy Novaspace.
Nathan earned his B.S. from Florida State University, where he served on the Board of Trustees as President of the student body.
