Linda Moon is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Linda served as a law clerk for the Honorable Barrington D. Parker in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Peggy Kuo in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She also served as the Stanton Foundation National Security-Free Press Fellow at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press and a legal fellow at the American Civil Liberties Union, Racial Justice Program.
