Brenna Nelinson is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2021. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on securities litigation. Brenna has significant experience litigating on both the plaintiff side and the defense side. Prior to joining Quinn, she spent several years at a leading litigation firm representing institutional plaintiffs in class actions involving the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Also prior to joining Quinn, at an international defense firm, Brenna represented pharmaceutical and medical device companies in both civil litigation and white collar/governmental investigations. While there, Brenna maintained an active pro bono practice, including participating in a two-day bench trial in federal court.
