Mike Oaks is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Salt Lake City office. He joined the firm in 2024, and his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mike worked as a corporate attorney, a role in which he helped execute sizeable transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, liability-management arrangements, and private-equity fundraisings. In 2022, he graduated from Cornell University with a J.D. cum laude, MBA, and LL.M. in International and Comparative Law cum laude. Mike was Cornell’s first graduate to earn these three professional degrees within three years.
