Richard Ong is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel in 2024, he worked as an associate in the New York office of another international law firm before clerking on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the Honorable Judge Daniel P. Collins. In 2022, Richard graduated as a James Kent Scholar from Columbia Law School, where he completed internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and the New York District Attorney’s Office.
