Kaylee Otterbacher is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Washington, D.C. office. She joined the firm in 2023. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.
Kaylee graduated cum laude from Georgetown University’s Law Center, where she worked as a research assistant to Professor Maria Glover and contributed extensively to a series of academic works focused on complex and aggregate litigation. She also interned at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and served as an executive editor for the American Criminal Law Review.
Kaylee previously worked for four years as a public affairs strategist, providing communications and government affairs support and advising international and domestic clients on their U.S. policy objectives. She is a former Capitol Hill staffer and worked for two members of Wisconsin’s Congressional Delegation.
Kaylee is licensed to practice in Washington, D.C.
