Vince Parascandolo is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2024. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Vince served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edward R. Korman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Before clerking for Judge Korman, Vince was an associate at an international law firm in New York, where he represented domestic and international clients in complex restructuring matters and advised creditors in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Prior to that, he was a clinical intern for the Criminal Division of the National Security and Cybercrime Section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and an intern for the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Vince was an intelligence officer for the Central Intelligence Agency and a briefer of the President’s Daily Brief in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Vince holds a B.A. magna cum laude in political science from New York University. He also earned an M.A. in international and development economics from Yale University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was Executive Editor of the Journal of Law & Public Policy.
