Joshua Parzivand is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Silicon Valley office. He joined the firm full-time in 2022 after spending two summers with the firm as a law clerk. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, especially patent litigation. He is registered as a Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining the firm, Joshua attended Berkeley Law where he was a member of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and served as a research assistant for Professor Rebecca Wexler. As part of his role as a research assistant, he helped draft the first edition of the Trade Secret Judicial Guide, a guide for practicing judges on how to conduct trade secret litigation. His past experience includes work in the defense, space launch, automotive, and wastewater treatment industries.
