Himanshu Patel is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2024. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Himanshu worked as an associate at an international law firm. While there, he worked on complex commercial litigation proceedings in state and federal court, including healthcare, white-collar, and complex breach of contract cases. He also researched and wrote memoranda on various legal topics including the False Claims Act, contracts, and employment law.
