Erica Perdomo

Erica Perdomo is Of Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s Miami office. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, white collar defense, and internal investigations. Erica counsels companies and individuals in times of crisis, ranging from federal criminal investigations to bet-the-company lawsuits.

Erica has experience litigating in federal and state court on behalf of corporate clients in the banking, finance, technology, health care, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors. She also represents corporations, boards, and individuals in government enforcement matters involving securities, fraud, corruption, bribery, consumer protection, and health care. Erica frequently advises clients facing the dual risks of criminal charges and civil liability.

For multiple consecutive years, Erica has been recognized as “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers in the area of commercial litigation and as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in the area of white collar defense.

In her active pro bono practice, Erica has represented underserved individuals and nonprofit organizations at the trial and appellate levels in areas including immigration, domestic violence, criminal justice reform, and disability rights.

As a native of Miami, Erica has deep ties to the local community. From 2015 to 2016, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul C. Huck, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida. Erica is a passionate supporter of local arts and arts education.
