Raphaëlle Petit is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Paris office. She joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Raphaëlle worked in international and litigation department of several leading law firms. She deals with international investor-state and commercial arbitrations, particularly in the energy sector.
Raphaëlle has experience in cross border litigations and large-scale and complex arbitration proceedings under the main arbitral institutions and applicable rules including the ICC, UNCITRAL, PCA and ICSID.
Raphaëlle works under both common and civil law regimes and is fluent in French and English.
