Tom Pierce is a senior associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. He joined the firm in 2023. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. Tom was admitted to practice in Australia in 2017.
Prior to joining the firm, Tom worked as a solicitor at two of Australia’s leading law firms. He also clerked for a Justice of the Federal Court of Australia. Tom has experience in a broad range of matters including contractual disputes, civil fraud, mass tort, insolvency, competition and consumer protection, professional negligence, white collar crime, public and administrative law, and employment and industrial law.
Tom is a graduate of the University of Melbourne, where he received a Recognition of Student Academic Excellence for graduating in the top 2% of his Law School cohort. He is also a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where he was awarded the Dean’s Medal for third best overall performance in the 2022-2023 Master of Laws programme, in which he specialised in international commercial litigation, international arbitration and white collar crime.
