Jonathan Pond is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. He joined the firm in 2023. His practice encompasses a range of complex commercial litigation and arbitration, including, banking, civil fraud, commodities, and insurance matters.
Jonathan has experience advising and representing clients across various industries, often in high-stakes disputes requiring a creative and strategic approach.
Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Law and Finance (MLF) from the University of Oxford, where he specialised in international economic law and studied finance and economics. He also earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Economics the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Stellenbosch University. Before attending law school and training and qualifying at a “Big Five” South African law firm, Jonathan worked briefly as an advertising creative.
