Felix Probstmeyer is a German qualified attorney (Rechtsanwalt) and associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Stuttgart office. He joined the firm in 2024 as an associate. His practice focuses on complex IP litigation as well as commercial and corporate litigation.
Felix graduated from the University of Freiburg in 2020. In 2022, Felix completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, with stages inter alia at a Notary's office and Quinn Emanuel’s Stuttgart office. He has been a doctoral candidate at the University of Freiburg since 2023 and is researching the legal effects of administrative acts in civil proceedings.
Felix is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
