Brett Raffish is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Washington, D.C. office. He joined the firm in 2023 after clerking for the Honorable Jonathan Kobes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Brett graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as the Notes Chair for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy and the Executive Technical Editor for the Harvard Journal on Legislation. During law school, Brett worked as a research assistant for Professor Jack Goldsmith, an extern for the Honorable Andre Birotte, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, a law clerk for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office’s Police Litigation Unit, and an intern for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office’s Trial Division.
