Olivia Retter is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London Office. She joined the firm in 2022. Her practice focuses on international arbitration and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Olivia trained as a solicitor in a magic circle firm in London. During her training, Olivia worked on disputes in a range of sectors including financial institutions, oil and gas, and renewable energy. She has worked on cases in the English courts as well as in ICC and ICSID arbitrations.
Olivia graduated from the University of Oxford with a First Class Honours degree in law and was awarded two law prizes for her performance. She subsequently achieved a Distinction in the BCL at the University of Oxford, where she specialised in unjust enrichment, commercial remedies and financial regulation.
