Vanessa Rodriguez is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Boston office. She joined the firm in 2021 and re-joined the firm in 2024 after spending time as a litigator at another international law firm. Vanessa has trial and appellate experience representing and advising both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of high-profile and complex matters including trade secret, patent, employment, breach of contract, and business torts matters. Vanessa is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard College. While in law school, she served as a student attorney and practice head at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau and as a Teaching Fellow in courses on Legal Advocacy and Ethics, and was a semifinalist in Harvard’s Ames Moot Court appellate competition.
