Ben Roth is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. He joined the firm in 2024. His practice focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring as well as related litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ben worked at another leading global firm in Los Angeles. While there, he assisted both debtors and creditors navigate the legal landscape of restructuring.
