William A. Scarfone, Jr.

William (“Will”) Scarfone is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. His practice focuses on complex litigation spanning civil, criminal, and regulatory matters. He joined the firm in 2023 after graduating magna cum laude from Harvard Law School.

While in law school, Will served on the board of the Harvard Plaintiffs’ Law Association, was an active member of the Catholic Law Students Association, and represented incarcerated persons through the Prison Legal Assistance Project.

Prior to law school, Will worked in documentary film.
