Jennifer Schwartz is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. Her practice focuses on complex corporate disputes, internal investigations, and white collar criminal defense. Jennifer has experience handling high-stakes cases through every phase of litigation, including early strategy, discovery, and trial. Recently, Jennifer was a member of the trial team that secured a dismissal with prejudice of the homicide charges against Alec Baldwin in connection with the accidental Rust shooting. Jennifer’s experience also includes advising public figures facing sensitive reputational issues and developing strategies to mitigate media scrutiny and legal risk.
Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Jennifer worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Cynthia M. Rufe in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. While in law school, Jennifer interned for the Honorable L. Felipe Restrepo in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Joshua D. Wolson in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
