Akilesh Shastri is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation at the trial and appellate levels. He has litigated and counseled clients on matters involving biologics and antibody technology. Prior to joining the firm, Aki served as a law clerk on the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
While at Harvard Law School, Aki worked with the in-house counsel of a prominent cancer research hospital and was a member of the South Asian Law Students Association.
