Paulina Slagter is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Silicon Valley office. Paulina specializes in a wide array of commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on antitrust and securities class action litigation. She has a proven track record of successfully defending senior executives against trade secrets, securities fraud, and price fixing claims and has also represented major technology companies in merger challenges and antitrust investigations initiated by the FTC and DOJ. Additionally, Paulina brings first-chair criminal trial experience in both state and federal courts, including in Arizona, California, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
