Irene Tokar Browner is an attorney in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office and has been with the firm since 2004. Irene has represented clients in all stages of litigation in a variety of forums, including state and federal courts and arbitrations in California, New York, Illinois, Delaware, and around the country.
Irene’s experience includes litigating significant matters spanning a wide range of complex commercial disputes, such as securities litigation, structured finance, healthcare, real estate, regulatory investigations, bankruptcy, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation. Prior to joining the firm, Irene was a litigation associate at a boutique business litigation firm in Beverly Hills and externed for the Honorable Erithe A. Smith on the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
