Eirini Tsoutsou is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. She joined the firm in 2020. Her practice focuses on international commercial and investor-state arbitration. In that context, she has represented both sovereign states and private entities, including entities acting in the banking, energy, and telecommunications sectors. Eirini has also acted for high net worth individuals in the context of estate litigation before the English courts.
Eirini has acted in arbitrations under several procedural rules, including LCIA, ICC, and UNCITRAL, as well as in disputes involving multiple parties. Her interdisciplinary background and experience of both civil and common law enable her to act effectively in disputes that are financially complex or involve multiple jurisdictions.
Eirini received her MSc in Law and Finance (MLF) with distinction at the University of Oxford, where she specialised in corporate finance law and competition law alongside studying finance and economics.
Prior to joining the firm, Eirini worked in a top-tier law firm in Greece.
