Caroline Vermillion is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2024. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, including patent, copyright, and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and defamation disputes. Caroline has experience litigating in state and federal court, as well as before the International Trade Commission.
Prior to joining the firm, Caroline worked as an intellectual property litigation associate at another international law firm in its New York office.
