Athanasios Vrontos is a German qualified attorney (Rechtsanwalt) and associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Berlin office. He joined the firm in 2024. His practice focuses on civil, patent and complex commercial litigation. He represents national and international clients before the Unified Patent Court and German courts as well as in proceedings at the EPO. Prior to joining the firm, Athanasios completed his legal clerkship at the Court of Appeal of Berlin, which included stages at the German Federal Ministry of Justice. Furthermore, he worked as a research assistant for an international law firm in the M&A and capital markets practice group. He studied German law at the Humboldt University in Berlin. While there, he engaged in the Consumer Law Clinic and in the Soldan Moot Court.
