David Walsh is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Miami office. He joined the firm in 2024. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and trade secrets. Prior to joining the firm, David served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice John D. Couriel of the Florida Supreme Court. As a law student working with the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project, he secured the release of an individual who served nine years in prison for failing a court-ordered drug test and represented incarcerated people before prison disciplinary boards. David previously worked as a paralegal at a litigation boutique.
