Haihang Wang is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s San Francisco office. He first joined the firm in 2021 and rejoined the firm in 2024 after clerking for the Honorable Mark J. Bennett on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Haihang focuses on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and appeals. He also regularly advises China-based companies and individuals in litigations in the United States.
Haihang graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School. He served as a Notes Editor of the Harvard Law Review, participated in the Harvard Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable O. Rogeriee Thompson of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
