Kari Wohlschlegel is a senior associate at Quinn Emanuel, where she represents clients in high-stakes litigation and complex disputes. She has successfully represented industry-leading companies, emerging startups, and individuals in cases involving intellectual property, unfair competition, contract disputes, class actions, and regulatory enforcement.
Kari has experience litigating in federal and state courts, as well as before the International Trade Commission and the Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Ninth Circuits. In addition to litigation, she regularly counsels clients regarding intellectual property, alternative dispute resolution, and commercial matters.
Kari is a graduate of New York University School of Law where she was an editor of the Annual Survey of American Law.
