Woo Yong Chung is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Washington D.C. office. He joined the firm in 2019. His practice focuses on investor state and international commercial arbitration matters. He has experience with matters administered by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and under other international arbitration rules, including UNCITRAL and ICC.
While in law school, Woo Yong provided direct legal services to people with criminal background on their employment, housing, and benefits issues.
Woo Yong is fluent in English and Korean and licensed to practice law in the State of New York and in the District of Columbia.
