Darice is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Silicon Valley office. She joined the firm in 2023. Her practice includes complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Darice attended the University of Chicago Law School, where she was heavily involved with the Abrams Environmental Law Clinic representing energy justice nonprofits before the Michigan Public Service Commission. Darice also served on the University of Chicago Law Review and on the executive boards of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the Environmental Law Society. Before law school, Darice worked at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission as an energy industry analyst investigating allegations of market manipulation in the U.S. wholesale electricity and gas markets.
