Jade Yu is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. She joined the firm in 2023. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Jade qualified from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Genetics. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2020.
Prior to joining the firm, Jade practiced litigation at one of New Zealand’s leading full-service law firms. She has experience in a range of matters including contractual disputes, civil fraud, equitable claims, reputation management, and class action proceedings across a broad range of sectors.
Jade has appeared as junior and sole counsel in New Zealand’s District Courts and High Courts and represented clients in arbitrations and mediations.
