Previously serving as Co-Chair of the Litigation Group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, Michael's impressive track record includes the landmark Politan Capital Management case, which preserved shareholder activism as an asset class, and a precedent-setting arbitration victory that derivatively recovered more than $1.5 billion in value in the cryptocurrency and digital asset investment space.
